We had a problem with our tank, called FlushPro the next morning and they were able to get to my house, identify the problem and resolve it by lunch time. Once they had located the tank and opened it up, they explained what needed to be done to fix the problem, what the cost would be for each step and answered all of my questions without putting any pressure on me at all. They took care of the problem, made sure I tested the system before closing it back up and then repaired the yard as good as could be done. If you need septic service, you owe it to yourself to call FlushPro. You will get better service than what they will charge you for.

I wish they did add that it might be the washer and dryer leaking into the yard and to switch it to the septic tank which we found out later that helped . Comments: EXTREMELY pleased with the service AND price received from Jake and FlushPro. Jake was very easy to get in touch with from day one and explained their pricing and service over the phone (and reassured me concerning what all was included and that there wouldn't be "additional fees" for extra hose segments, uncovering/covering the tank, or excessive sludge as there are with many contractors out there). We had a couple of scheduling issues after he was caught longer than expected on an emergency call on our initial service date and then encountered a mechanical issue with his truck on the second date, but..........THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT. No one you talk to will beat their price and I would wager that there are very few who will match the service. I couldn't be there on the actual service date, but Jake kept me updated by phone and also covered everything with my father-in-law who met them at the house. We just purchased the home and knew from the disclosure that the tank had not been serviced since the house had been built...some 18 YEARS! I fully expected there would be some damage or other costly repairs needed after so much time, but Jake explained that everything looked good and only suspected that the filter on the other side of the tank might be a bit clogged based on evidence that the water level had risen above where it should have been at some point in time. He told me it would be $100 extra to uncover the other side and clean the filter (which is still a GREAT deal considering his price for pumping is $295). When they uncovered it, they discovered it was a baffled tank and had no filter to clean. The reason for the elevated water level in the tank was most likely a dip in the back yard over the lines which caused over-saturation in heavy rain. Fully expecting that he would need to charge for at least uncovering the other side of the tank, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he did not. Still just the flat $295. I'd have gladly paid him extra for the work done, but he wouldn't take it. That is customer service you don't see much anymore and it's exactly why I will be recommending Jake and FlushPro (as will my father-in-law who was pretty surprised to see that their fee was exactly what they quoted me) to anyone needing septic service in the future. You guys are to be commended for your honesty, customer service, and quality of work and I can't thank you enough for making the whole process (which I was at least mildly dreading.....18 YEARS!?!?) super easy and painless. Don't change a thing and you'll have my business for a long time.

I started this process by going on line and calling a couple of companies in my area and shopping prices and then I landed on the HomeAdvisor site. The next thing I know, my phone is ringing and Jake was on the other end willing and able to help. Both Jake and Jeff were courteous and informative all the way through this process, as I knew nothing about my septic system or how it all works. If you want two young men to treat you right and take care of your septic system with honesty and integrity, along with fair pricing, give them a call. Finally, during my service, the guys had to dig up a big bush that my wife and her mother planted years ago, and they saved it, and relocated it from one side of my house to the other, dug the hole and replanted it for me. Now that's customer service. Needless to say, these guys will keep my business in the future and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

At one point the told us they'd bring a back ho across the lawn and when i asked if there was any other way to dig the hole, given the duration of rain prior to their arrival, they accommodated us by digging by hand! The job seems to have been done right the first time and that's what we were looking for -- not a quick fix band-aid solution.

Comments: Last week when I submitted an online quote request at around 7pm, my cell rang literally within a minute. Jake had called super quick in reply to my inquiry- Very impressed with the response to say the least. I ended up hiring Jake and his company. We had to work through some scheduling issues, but in response Jake ended up throwing in a new septic filter for no charge- which normally costs $129 or more. Plus, they had the best price around at $295 for the cleaning job. He and his co-worker called an hour before arrival to let me know they were on the way, arrived on time and took good care of the yard when digging down to the tank openings as well as cleaned up good afterwards. Jake also shared some tips on septic tank maintenance. No hesitation here to give them my highest recommendation if you need septic tank service. I will definitely keep their contact info on hand. Comments: I contacted FlushPros Saturday evening after I discovered my toilet in my basement was back flowing. I was able to make an evening appointment the same day... They called ahead before arriving and we're professional from start to finish.. They had a hard time locating my tank because of the layout of my backyard. There are a ton of trees and the ground is not level. However they didn't give up until it was found.. Once the tank was unearthed they determined that it was not full instead the pipe was clogged with roots. They gave me a reasonable price to resolve the issue.

Comments: We asked them to come out on Saturday (7/25/15) to take a look at our drainage field which had some puddles. At first I thought it would be the septic tank that needed to be pumped but Jake clearly knows what he is doing because he probed the ground at various places and was able to determine, with incredible accuracy, the exact location in the field that the pipe had collapsed. We agreed on them coming out today (Monday 7/27/15). They came out this morning. Dug up the affected area. Located the collapse. Engineered a better solution than what was there originally. Added a "tee" to bridge together two lines to give a bypass, if one line gets clogged. They even hydro-jetted the field. Highly professional. They had with them everything they needed to do the job on time and at the estimated cost. I highly recommend FlushPro!

Jake called me immediately and offered to inspect the septic tank, drain lines, etc free of charge to see what really needed to be done. He was very professional and honest with me. Comments: FlushPro was the only company I contacted that would guarantee a flat rate for the service without any additional charges or fees. They showed up exactly when they said they would. When they opened the tank, they found that it was over-filled (to the top). Based on the fact I had extensive repairs done to my system 5 years earlier, they felt the most likely cause was a clog in the drain field. They gave me a very competitive price for pressure jetting. Sure enough, they found a clog 30-40 feet up the line. Once past the clog, they were able to run all 100 feet of their hose up my line.
